Who provides Inner Rooms

Inner Rooms is provided by Sweetthorn LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please contact support@innerrooms.app if you have a question about your account or a charge.

Your account and material

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You retain ownership of writing, recordings, and other material you add. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, transcribe, and reflect on that material under your privacy choices. Only add material you have the right to use, and keep independent copies of anything important to you.

Memberships and renewal

Free access has no subscription charge. A paid website membership begins when you complete Stripe checkout. Inner Rooms is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year; Inner Rooms Plus is $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year, in US dollars. The plan and period you choose renew automatically at the displayed price for the same period until you cancel. We do not offer a free trial or automatically purchase extra AI usage through this checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you confirm payment. We will tell you about a price change before it applies, as required by law.

Paid plans have monthly AI allowances described at selection. An annual membership is billed annually, while its included AI allowances reset monthly. If an allowance is exhausted, included writing, reading, search, imports, and playback remain available; we do not automatically charge for more usage.

Canceling and billing help

For a website purchase, open your Inner Rooms membership settings and choose Manage Website Billing to use Stripe’s portal. You can cancel there at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues through the current paid period unless the law requires otherwise. You can also change plans or update a payment method in that portal. For an iPhone in-app purchase, manage or cancel through your Apple account; the website portal cannot cancel an Apple subscription. Deleting your Inner Rooms archive does not cancel a subscription.

If a charge looks wrong or you cannot reach the billing portal, email support@innerrooms.app. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and the terms of the store through which you purchased. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Reflections and shared spaces

AI-assisted Patterns, Perspectives, and other responses are exploratory interpretations. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not diagnoses, predictions, professional advice, or statements of fact. Use your own judgment; do not use Inner Rooms for emergencies. In Shared Rooms, each person chooses what may contribute to shared themes. Another member should not be given access to your private originals through that feature.

Responsible use

Do not try to access another account, upload unlawful material or malware, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service to harass, surveil, impersonate, or exploit anyone. We may limit access where needed to protect people, the service, or legal rights.

Service changes

Inner Rooms is developing. Features may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage. If we materially change these terms, we will give notice through the service or by email before the change takes effect, as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
