What to include
Tell us the email address used for Inner Rooms, the device or browser involved, and a short description of what happened. For billing questions, include the date and amount of the charge. Never send your password, full payment-card number, security code, or private journal material.
Manage a membership
For a website purchase, open Inner Rooms Settings and choose Manage Website Billing. Stripe’s secure portal lets you update your payment method, change a plan, or cancel renewal. For an iPhone purchase, manage the subscription through your Apple Account. Deleting your Inner Rooms archive does not cancel a subscription.
Privacy and safety
For privacy, export, or deletion questions, email us from the address attached to your account. Inner Rooms is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
